The official account of the Stoned Pop Originals NFT collection is back on Twitter!
After an unjustified blocking of the account on Twitter, we had trouble reopening it. Indeed, the teams asked us to verify the account after suspicion of illegal activity, which we did (several times).
However, the Twitter support was not very competent and we had to deal with a series of bugs in the social network. We couldn’t check our email address for weeks : impossible to input any valid e-mail to send. Then, when this problem was fixed, we were asked for a verification code, supposedly valid for two hours. This code actually expired immediately, and it was impossible to finish the verification.
This bug was reported to Twitter several days ago, and it still hasn’t been fixed. Thousands of people are still stuck without access to their account (check “code expired” or “twitter verification” on Twitter…)
So, we decided to open a new official account and abandon the old one, which is still inaccessible.
